What is the battery life of the turn signal and the remote control?

The indicator has a battery life of 4-5 hours in continuous use (rechargeable with the included USB cable).
The remote control works with a CR2032 battery with a lifespan of 200 days.

What is the power of the LEDs?

The LED bike light consists of 39 LED bulbs with 100 lumens and 5 different lighting modes: right and left blinking, warning, red stop light, blue flashing light.

Is it possible to control 2 turn signals with the same remote control?

Yes, you have the option to pair 2 turn signals (of the same model) to the same remote control. You can thus install one turn signal at the back and one at the front while triggering them with a single remote control.

Are payments secure?

We use Stripe as a payment method provider or Paypal. Stripe has achieved PCI service provider status ("Payment Card Industry") level 1. This is the most demanding certification level in the payment industry.
Stripe uses 3D Secure 2 to authenticate the customer using a unique code or biometric identification, according to the requirements of their bank.

What are the shipping times for your products?

We take 1-2 days to process your order and then depending on the shipping method chosen, your turn signals will be delivered within 4 to 15 business days maximum (depending on the chosen delivery).

Do you ship worldwide?

No, only in Europe (including Russia)! And that's already quite a lot :)

Do you provide product tracking information?

Yes, wait 3 days after your order and contact us via email at address contact@bike-in-light.com. Otherwise, you can also track your order. here.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Just send us an image of the damaged item in question to the email address: contact@bike-in-light.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

Where are you located?

Our company is based in Braine-le-Château. Our warehouses are located in Spain, Hong Kong, and Russia.

I still haven't received my order. What is taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes, international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may encounter with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund for your order, we can certainly process the payment, provided that the request is made within 14 days of the order date and that the product(s) in question are not on sale.
