What is the autonomy of the flashing light and the remote control?
The flashing light has an autonomy of 4-5 hours in continuous use (rechargeable with USB cable supplied).
The remote control works with a CR2032 battery with a lifespan of 200 days.
How powerful are the LEDs?
The LED bicycle light consists of 39 LED bulbs of 100 lumens with 5 different light modes: right and left turn signal, warning, red brake light, flashing blue flash .
Is it possible to control 2 indicators with the same remote control?
Yes, you can pair 2 indicators with the same remote control. You can thus install a flashing at the back and one at the front while triggering them with a single remote control.
Payments are secure?
We use Stripe as a payment method provider or Paypal. Stripe has achieved a PCI service provider level ("Payment Card Industry") level 1. This is the most demanding level of certification in the payment industry.
Stripe uses 3D Secure 2 to authenticate the customer using a unique code or biometric ID, depending on their bank's requirements.
What are the shipping times for your products?
We take 1-2 days to process your order then depending on the shipping method chosen, your indicators will be delivered between 4 and 15 working days maximum (depending on the delivery chosen). In the current health situation, there are nevertheless some uncertainties which can sometimes extend delivery times by a few days.
Do you ship anywhere in the world ?
No, only in Europe (including Russia)! And that's not bad already :)
Do you provide product tracking / tracking information?

Where are you located?
Our company is based in Châtillon in the Hauts-de-Seine. Our warehouses are located in Spain, Hong-Kong and Russia.
I still have not received my order. What's taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. You can, however, track your order and see where it is at any time. Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have meet with their articles online. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course complete the payment, in the event that the appeal is made within 14 days of the date of the order and the product (s) concerned are not on sale. .
